Construction Set Yes, you can create animated .gifs with this one!
However, you still have to create the .gifs ie: to create the star next
to this link the star had to be created several times in several positions
and then put together with this program. Once you get the program, open
an animated graphic in it and you will see what I mean. This is shareware
and very inexpensive. Be sure to send in your check and register with these
folks. That's what keeps the cost down!
